Melting

As time melts away like a candle,
And as the silent clock counts the times we are wasteful, horrid and sinful,
Let us remind us that we all have an allocated time,
to repent,
make the most of what we have,
To love and care for each other and care for each other,
And pray for each other,
And remind us that our friendship is just as precious as our time
